Our Response to COVID-19

We’re here to help, from a safe distance.

For many of us, this lock-down has the potential for an emotional roller coaster.

We wanted to share with you a glimpse of all the things Sum Tree are doing as part of our COVID-19 response. 


Operations

The safety of our team and our customers are our priority and we have taken precautions to make sure our operation is strictly following protocol as directed by the Ministry of Health. Currently:

•All staff are working remotely and no appointments in person are accepted until further notice.

•All communication and Correspondence are done through email/phone only.

•Mail and postage services are suspended until further notice (We will scan and email any important letters we receive from IRD to you).


Fees

Earlier this year, a decision was made to review every client’s fees, terms and conditions as part of the major annual revenue of our fees and terms of engagement to better align our position within the market. The review was intended to take place in April 2020, however, as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to suspend this until further notice. We believe this step is taken to ensure that we continue to support our clients, in particular, during these trying times.
